Voici le premier patch pour CoD4. Celui-ci corrige un problème de perte de ses statistiques lorsque l'on passait d'un serveur "Ranked" à un serveur "Moddé" ou non "Ranked". C'est donc le Patch 1.1 que vous trouverez sur Clubic.com ou Infinityward.com .

Petite remarque si vous prenez le patch sur Clubic.com. Bien que le patch soit un executable, il ne faut pas le lancer pour l'installer, il suffit simplement de mettre le patch(call_of_duty_4_modern_warfare_patch_v1.1_multi-langues_182170.exe) à la place de l'executable qui lance le multi (iw3mp.exe). 

Le patch de Infintyward est quant à lui un setup qui fera tout automatiquement.
